Spring Canning & Pickling Workshop
Join us for a hands-on class exploring the foundations of canning and pickling—perfect for capturing the freshest flavors of the season.
Using a rotating selection of peak spring produce from the farm, we’ll work with ingredients such as radishes, onions, asparagus, snap peas, carrots, and beets (based on availability). Together, we’ll transform these vibrant ingredients into bright, flavorful preserves you can enjoy for weeks to come.
This class is designed to be approachable and informative, whether you’re brand new to preserving or looking to build confidence in your skills.
Instruction includes:
• Quick refrigerator pickles for instant enjoyment
• Water bath canning techniques for pickled vegetables
Throughout the class, we’ll focus on safe, practical methods while sharing tips for flavor pairings, storage, and everyday use.
Guests will leave with recipes, new skills, jar of each pickle made in class and a deeper appreciation for preserving the harvest—along with a taste of spring in every jar.
* Class must have 4 participants otherwise may be canceled.
What if I have a food allergy?
We will do our best to accommodate food allergies, but we cannot change class menus or guarantee that those with diet restrictions will be able to eat everything made during class. Cancellation Policy?
All classes have a 48 Hour cancellation policy, You must email info@rosewfarm.com to cancel an existing reservation. If you cancel within 48 hours, you are responsible for paying for the class.
