Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please read our policy

Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class, although we understand that illnesses and uncontrollable events come up. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. Credits can be used towards any future class. You may cancel by phone, email, or social media.

Liability Release Waiver

In consideration of my application and permitting my child to participate in this activity, I hereby: WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of Flourish Studio and Classroom, its owners, instructors, employees, affiliates, volunteers, entities or other persons released, for my child’s death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to them including their traveling to and from this activity; INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE Flourish Studio and Classroom, its owners, instructors, employees, affiliates, volunteers, entities or other persons released, from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this activity, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise. The Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. Flourish Studio and Classroom, its owners, instructors, employees, affiliates, volunteers, entities or other persons released from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action on account of any injury to my child that may occur. This release binds my heirs, executors, administrators, and/or assigns.

Photo Release Waiver

Photo Release Waiver- I understand that while participating in this activity, my child may be photographed. I agree to allow their photo, video, or film likeness to be used for marketing and legitimate purpose by the activity holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns. If you prefer not to have your child photographed, please indicate below and also notify us directly before the event.

Low Volume Policy

Please read our policy

We have a minimum sign up requirement for each class, in order to host it. If there aren't enough registrations for a class, we will reach out via text message and email the day before the class and alert you of the cancellation. We will make every attempt to reschedule the class and/or offer a class credit towards any future event. With your registration confirmation email there is a $5 coupon to invite a friend. We encourage you to use and share those. Art is always more fun with friends!
