This hands-on class will show you how to turn a few base recipes into a dazzling array of festive cookies with smart techniques and clever variations. You’ll go home with a box full of beautifully baked treats and the confidence to create your own cookie traditions at home.

She believes that baking can and should be accessible to anyone who has the desire to learn, and strives to demystify recipes and techniques that seem intimidating. When she's not baking, Elana can be found hosting silly parties for friends, doing arts & crafts, or gardening.
