Hot Tamales! Green Corn Chiles Tamales Workshop

We love making Tamales all year round!  We are so excited to offer another Tamales Workshop, featuring instructor Christina Amparan.  Chris has many years of experience making Tamales using her authentic family recipes, and has made thousands in her family's business and at home.  Tamales are a wonderful tradition around many family holidays, but we think making them year-round is even better!  

You'll learn how to make green chiles and roasted corn filling with cheddar cheese...how to work with masa, as well as how to wrap in traditional corn husks and steam-cook tamales.  Christina will even show how you can use an Instant Pot to make them fast and easy!  

All ages are welcome...kids under 10 with an adult and purchase of two seats.
