PCKids/Teens Jr. Chefs: Cookies for Santa

Class Description
Need a few extra hours on December 23 to run last minute Christmas errands? Our Instructor Elves can help with that!
We are back in the Cooking Classroom, and it's beginning to look a lot like Mrs. Claus' Kitchen!

Your Jr. Chef will be busy with our PCK Elves baking an assortment of cookies (can be adjusted for gluten and sugar intolerances) that will be fresh from the oven for Santa's Christmas Eve Cookie Plate which each student takes home.

We have Mrs. Claus' recipe list, and we are checking it twice, so we have all the ingredients for your child to make, bake, and take home a decorative plate of assorted cookies....including pressed, cut-out, drop, roll and slice, no-bake, and stamped cookies for Santa.  

Each child, also, receives a copy of the class cookie recipes.

Class Details

• Time: 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
• Location: PCK Cooking Classroom 4051 Barrancas Ave Pensacola, FL 3507 Suite C
• Cost: $45 per student  Ages 6 yrs-17 years ONLY

This is an interactive, hands-on class where demonstration by the lead chef is also incorporated. You will "learn by doing" at a cooking station and/or prep table with kitchen tools and an apron provided. Expect to work as individuals, in pairs, or teams of 4 based on the recipe components. You will eat what is prepared.
 
For health and safety, students must wear closed-toed shoes and have long hair pulled back in a ponytail.
