Each student will fill their cake with chocolate whipped cream, learn how to roll it up without cracks, and decorate with chocolate ganache. This bake is rich and chocolatey to be sure, but also boasts a light, moist and airy sponge cake with a not-too-sweet whipped chocolate cream.
Take your party-sized finished cake home with you at the end of class. All materials, serving boards and boxes provided. Please note this class is for adults 18+ years old.
