Limited to only six students, in this fully hands on class, every participant will make their own bittersweet chocolate Swiss roll cake from scratch. We will fill with chocolate whipped cream and decorate with chocolate ganache. Rich and chocolatey to be sure, but with a light, moist and airy sponge cake and a not-too-sweet whipped chocolate cream. Take your finished cake home with you at the end of class. All materials, serving boards and boxes provided.
