All campers are expected to be kind and respectful to the studio, other campers and our camp instructors. If campers are not acting respectfully, are causing issues with other camper or behaving inappropriately we will notify you either at the end of the camp day or by phone depending on the severity of the situation. If the problems persist the camper(s) will be asked to leave camp. No refund will be given.

By enrolling your child in Art Dept. Studios Summer Camp, you grant permission for our staff to photograph and/or record your child during camp activities. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including our website, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials. Additionally, you acknowledge that photos or videos of your child’s artwork/projects created at camp may also be used for these purposes. We respect your privacy and will not share personal contact information alongside images.

Thank you for choosing Art Dept Studios. We are so excited to have you as part of our summer camp. Here are a couple of things to remember. Full Day Campers must bring a bagged lunch. All Campers are encouraged to bring a non-perishable snack/drink to enjoy as we take a break during the morning and afternoon session. We will notify parents if there are any allergy concerns during your registered week. As we face a growing number of children dealing with food allergies and, specifically, potentially life-threatening peanut and tree nut allergies, Art Dept. Studios Art Camp will be a peanut and tree nut free camp. As a program dedicated to some of the youngest members of our community, we understand that many of our students are not old enough to make sound and safe decisions when it comes to what should go into their mouths and are less able to manage their allergies independently. We also ask that no peanut or tree nut products be brought into camp. We appreciate your cooperation with this policy. We have a “no cell phone” policy at summer art camp. Aside from the fact that cell phones are expensive and can get lost: the physical camp environment is not kind to such items. We are asking you to have your children leave this equipment at home. Art Dept Studios CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE, FOR ANY REASON, FOR THE LOSS OR DAMAGE TO YOUR CHILDREN’S ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT including but not limited to cell phones, laptops, tablets, kindles, cords and chargers etc. Dropping-Off & Picking Up: Please come into the studio to sign your child in and out every day they have camp. Please do not arrive too early and be sure to pick your child up promptly at the end of each camp session to avoid a late fee (20.00 per hour cannot be prorated). If someone other than a parent is picking up, please be sure they are on our authorized list and can provide photo ID. Terms and Conditions: Our regular camp weeks are Monday-Friday. We kindly ask that you let us know if there’s anything about your child that may help us, help them. We want our camp to be enjoyable for everyone and it helps when we are aware of any medications, allergies, special preferences, etc. As the parent or guardian, your e-signature releases Art Dept. Studios, its officers, agents and employees from all claims or liabilities arising from your child’s participation in the Summer Art Camp. Project Pick-Up: Many projects created in camp must be fired in our kilns and will be ready for pick-up approximately two weeks after their session has ended. We will call to confirm when they are ready. We understand that summers can be very busy for families so we will hold completed camp projects for pick up NO LATER THAN November 1st. Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds or pro-rating for missed classes. - If WE cancel a session due to low enrollment, we will notify you five days before the start of that session and issue a full refund. - If YOU need to cancel for any reason, we would first encourage you to simply move registration to another session date so your child can still experience art camp. However, we understand that things come up so therefore please note our cancellation policy: * If you cancel 30 days prior to start of scheduled session, we'll issue a refund minus a $40 cancellation fee. * If you need to cancel 30-14 days prior to the start of a scheduled session, we can issue a 50% refund in the form of store credit. * NO refunds or credits will be given if you cancel less than 14 days to the start of the enrolled session. Discounts, promotions and/or coupons cannot be combined. There is no refund or pro-rating for sick/missed days.
