Sensory Class - Play with Clay

A sensory class designed for kids ages 1.5-4 years old and their parents.

The class is 25 minutes and we will focus on having fun, getting our hands dirty, and exploring clay. No projects will be created or saved, it's just a messy and fun class. The class fee is $12 and each child will have to have a parent with them. We will spend the first portion of class playing with clay in our hands. Then we will turn on our wheels and explore the funny feeling of the wet clay as it spins in our hands. To finish class we will clean our wheels using our sponges. Class size will be small.

The class will be messy and wet so both parent and child should wear art clothes and maybe bring an extra set of clothes for the little in case they get extra wet. We really want to focus on having fun so we won't be teaching how to create a specific project or shape and all projects will be recycled at the end of class.
