Wild Wild West CAMP ONE DAY

I agree to have the registrant participate in all arts and crafts activities at Cheers to Paint Studio. Doors will remained locked the duration of the camp. In consideration of my/my children’s participation at Cheers to Paint Studio, I hereby grant permission to Cheers to Paint, staff and affiliates to utilize my appearance, performance or voice in any and all manner and media throughout the world for the purpose of promotion, reporting or publication. Cheers to Paint may use my/my children’s likeness and biographical material in connection with publication, promotion, exhibition and distribution of such material. All Media will be used only for Cheers to Paint uses.

Refund requests made within one week prior to the start date of camp are subject to a $25.00 fee per week of camp, or $10 per single day. Refund requests made 4-6 days prior to the start date of camp are subject to $50.00 fee per week of camp. or $15 per single day. Refund requests made with 3 days notice will receive 50% refund. 1-2 day notice, no refund requests will be processed. ***All camp transfers will incur a $25.00 fee.*** Camp transfers must be made within 1 week of camp start date. There will be no make-up days or reimbursements if child is registered for full week and misses days.
