15th Annual Gingerbread Decorating Class

Class Description
Looking for a recipe for fun with food while making memories to last a lifetime? Then join us for our 15th Annual Gingerbread Decorating Class.
You will assemble, design and decorate your own Gingerbread house to take home.
We provide the house, a few basic decorations, and icing. You are more than welcome and encouraged to bring your own additional, theme specific decorations as well.

Each "family"...TWO ATTENDEES... makes and takes ONE gingerbread house!
This is a 2-Day Class:  $65 total per reservation. One reservation= 2 seats. You attend BOTH days:

• Day one is Saturday, December 9, 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm- you assemble the house with freshly made Royal Icing and the house will sit overnight to let the icing bond the house. Decorating ideas will also be presented.
• Day two is Sunday, December 10, 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm- you decorate your house with your candy and treats as our Culinary Team will be on hand to demonstrate a variety of decorating ideas.

This is an interactive, hands-on class where you "learn by doing" at your cooking station with kitchen tools and an apron provided. Our culinary instructor joins you in the central cook area to teach you relevant skills and techniques for the recipes provided. Students receive a recipe packet to take home.

For the health and safety of our staff and students, we take non-contact temperatures upon entering the cooking classroom, hand sanitizer is available, and we follow other CDC recommendations for communicable disease control.
For health and safety, students must wear closed-toed shoes and have long hair pulled back in a ponytail.
