Personal Online Branding and Social Media Presence: June 17th-21st

What does your online brand say about you? Students don’t always recognize how social media impacts their reputation. In this class we will explore different social media options and develop an individual approach for a positive personal online brand. Learn strategies for increasing followers, how apps can be used destructively and what your current profile says about you. We will also consider online options for creating how- to videos, reality shows and vlogs on apps such as YouTube, Periscope and Twitter/Facebook live streaming by examining many popular examples and identifying links in your own potential use.
