Summer Canning and Pickling

Want to learn how to preserve summer so that you can enjoy it all year long? In this class you will learn the ins and outs of pickling and persevering, with great tips and recipes. This will be an opportunity to take all those great farmers market and garden produce and turn into something that you can enjoy all year long! Not only will you get to prepare a variety of sweet and savory items, we will prepare a light meal, incorporating what we make.

Menu includes: Blueberry Tequila Lime Jam; Habanero Pepper Jelly; Squash Pickles; Brandied Cherries (perfect for cocktails); Peach Sriracha Jam; Refrigerator Pickles.
