Mother's Day Spring Glass Sculpting Workshop

Closed-toe shoes are REQUIRED while in our studio.   Spring is here! What better way to celebrate Mothers' Day than sculpt some fresh new glass?!  This fast-paced workshop gives the experience of being a glass artist. Choose your own spring-themed solid glass shape to create in this popular seasonal workshop: A colorful swirled egg, a flower in full bloom, or a sweet little birdie.

No previous glass experience is required. Classes are on the hour, every hour. Registration required. Class size is maximum 6 students per hour to engage in individual instruction and hands-on learning time.

This class requires the psychical ability to walk around the studio, sit, stand, step up and down on a platform, carry and rotate a pipe, along with the ability to hear and follow directions.  If a participant shows signs of alcohol consumption, they forfeit their class.

Glass will need to cool in the annealer and will be ready for pickup 2 days after class.  Glass not claimed within 30 days is subject to removal from the shelf to make room for more recent student work.By registering, you agree to our policy: Students who cancel/reschedule their reservation within 2 days of the class or miss their appointment will be asked to pay a $40 rescheduling fee.
Please wear cotton/natural fibers (ex: jeans & t-shirt) for your class and bring a water bottle.All participants must be at least 12 years old.  No exceptions.
