Hop on the Naperville Trolley as we Trolley past some very highly decorated Holiday Homes in Naperville! The person that made this reservation is responsible for all the guests they bring and will let all guests know that no food and no candy of any kind is allowed on the Trolley. Drinks with a lid are permitted. No coolers allowed.

Click on “Book Public Tours” button to make your reservation. No walk on’s permitted. State ID of person that made the reservation must be shown to the Trolley driver when boarding the Trolley and they are responsible for all guests they brought.

Please be aware of the tour date, time, and location that you are making a reservation for, as they cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded. Reservation is $25 per person (plus booking fee) Monday-Thursday, and $30 per person (plus booking fee) Friday-Sunday). All ages must have a reservation as each heartbeat counts as “one” no matter how young or how old. We have rules we must follow, and no matter what size or age, you all count as “one”, including “lap babies”. Driver gratuity is not included and is appreciated on the night of your tour.

If you book all the spots on any tour, you still have to meet at Naperville Crossings near Bar Louis and the price is still per person (plus fee’s), all ages.

Please arrive at the tour start location AT LEAST TEN MINUTES BEFORE the tour start time, as the tour WILL depart on time, and there are no refunds or rescheduling if you are late. Traffic is heavy in Naperville, so please plan accordingly and arrive at least ten minutes before the start time. The Trolley will board in the order that reservations were made. If you are late, you will board after all names are called.

A reminder that this is a FAMILY TOUR and to please be respectful to all on board. There is nothing better than hearing the children's ooooh and ahhhhs when we approach a big house. Thank you!

If you plan to eat at any of the great restaurants in Naperville Crossings before your tour, please allow time to order, eat, use the restroom and put any “leftovers” in your car ten minutes prior to your tour start time . Thank you!

I understand that if someone in my group cannot attend for any reason at all, that I can find someone else to attend the tour in their place, and that no refunds are issued for any unused reservations. I understand that the Trolley is fully enclosed and will run in all weather. I am the host of the group of the reservations I purchased and am responsible for all actions of my guests and will let them know that no food or candy is allowed on the Trolley, only drinks with lids. I understand and will let my guests know that Naperville Trolley has no control over the radio reception if the home is synchronized to music. This reception level depends on the system that the homeowner uses to broadcast their music, and some come in better than others. I understand that it is possible to see some of the same decorated houses on each tour (Example: You book a northern tour and see the same home on the eastern tour). I understand and will tell my guests that no strollers are allowed on board. I understand and will tell my guests that driver gratuity is not included in the reservation, and that it is kind and appropriate to tip the driver on the night of the tour. I understand and will tell my guests that the tour we booked starts and ends from Naperville Crossings by Bar Louis = 2835 Showplace Drive, Naperville, and if they show up at another location, the reservation is null and void with no refunds given. I understand that all reservations are $25 to $30 per person (plus booking fee) and that every heartbeat, from one day old to 99 years young, requires a reservation.

I understand that if I, the customer, book all 28 spots for this tour, the group still has to meet the tour at Naperville Crossing by Bar Louis, Naperville. I will remind my guests that traffic is heavy and to arrive at least ten minutes before tour start time. If I or someone in my group is ill or injured or can't make the tour for any reason, I understand that there are no date changes, no refunds and no credit will be issued. I understand and will tell all of my guests that we will not be getting off the Trolley at any homes (but can go back in our car later). I understand that condensation may appear on the Trolley windows and paper towels will be available to wipe the window.

Your presence and that of your guests on a Naperville Trolley tour constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed and/or recorded, and for Naperville Trolley to use and reproduce your image, likeness, voice and all associated media for commercial purposes, including without limitation for promotional use on websites, social media and email marketing.
