Mixed Media in Bucktown Thursdays from 10:30 to 11:30, 3/07 to 04/25

In this class children will learn about color theory, different artists past and present, and how to use a variety of mediums.  Exploring mixed media art is a great way for children to convey ideas, express emotion, use their senses, explore color, explore process and outcomes and explore touch. Each class will focus on an artist, a movement or a technique. We will talk about colors and shapes we see and share what stands out in the piece we are looking at.
