Pottery Class with Experience Pottery

Join Experience Pottery and The Art Party Place for a fun pottery night out!  KIDS CLASS AT 3pm and ADULT CLASS AT 6pm on July 13th.

Participants will use hand-building techniques to create their own pottery

This is how it works
Mold your own piece with your hands and using simple tools
.
After you finish molding a piece that you love, unleash your creativity and move to the creative process of adding surface design! Painting, carving, decorating or all of the above!

After the event, pieces will be taken to the studio for glazing and firing, and finished pieces will be delivered back to VENUE for pickup (allow 2-4 weeks for processing).

The price per person experience includes all materials and processes: pottery experience, paint/glazing, tools, and firing to make your piece food, microwave, and dishwasher safe.
 
 
Things to consider during the event:
 
1. This experience is BYOB and snacks.
2. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time and check in with us.
3. Thank you for removing your jewelry from your wrists and fingers before we begin.
4. Wear clothing and shoes that you don't mind getting a little dirty.

We cannot guarantee that you will create the exact shape and result from the pottery piece in the sample images you will see. We will make every effort to work with you to create the shape of handcrafted pottery you desire, but remember that each piece will look different in shape and size depending on what you create. Every piece will be beautiful since it will be made by you! All of your creative energy will be embedded to enjoy for a lifetime!
 
Note that unexpected things can happen during the pottery-making process, and the material can react in unexpected ways. While we will take every precaution to achieve a successful piece, clay can break during drying, transportation, or firing. If your handcrafted pottery doesn't get completed, you will receive a handcrafted pottery piece made by our artisan."
 
Cancellation Policy:  
 
1. Due to limited seating, we require a minimum of 2 days' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within this period are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable. You may cancel by email lauren@thartpartyplace.com or call (570) 472-8788
