1/21/2024 Sausage making with "Master Sausage' maker Joe Parajecki

Did you know that Italian Sausage is one of the most popular sausages in the world?
This is a hands-on class taught by Master Meat Crafter and Master Sausage Maker, Joe Parajecki.  We will explore the selection of meat, the spices, casings, and the science behind sausage. You will take home Italian Sausage you make in this class for your dinner!
We will also snack on our makings throughout the night.  Teams will be working in groups of 2 during the actual sausage making process.
