Class Description:
Sit back and relax as Chefs Vicky Lara and Larry Hadley transport you straight to the Tuscan countryside… through the power of beautiful Italian food. These two are accomplished professionals with many years of cooking experience under their belts, so leave it to them to show you the ropes!  Tonight, you’ll be greeted with a refreshing glass of Prosecco to start the night out right. Then you’ll learn essential culinary techniques as they walk you through a spectacular Tuscan-inspired menu that includes Crostini a la Romana, Caprese Salad, Focaccia Bread and Herbed Dipping Oil … all centered around perfectly prepared Chicken Piccata with Roasted Garlic and Red Pepper Sauce and Orzo Pasta as our main course. Can you say ‘pan sauce techniques?  You will be able to after that dish we promise! You’ll be donning an apron and joining in on the cooking fun !  We’ll finish with a wonderful and decadent Fruit Crostata with Homemade Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream. Wow.  By the end of the evening, you’ll surely be planning your own trip to Tuscany! We hope you’ll join us for this delightful evening of fabulous Italian food and outstanding culinary instruction.

• For all class registrations made after March 20, your class registration is non-cancellable and non-refundable.  Should you be unable to attend, we suggest that you consider sending someone in your place.  If possible, please let us know of any substitutions so that we can update our records.  For all class registrations made prior to March 20, 2023, your registration is non-cancellable and non-refundable if your request to cancel is made within 72 hours of the start time for that class.
• If (a) you’d like to sit with another registered guest, or (b) have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know in the Comments section of your registration after reading our full description of policies and information about classes.
• Your registration tells us that you have read through the class description including the age requirements for that particular class.
• For Adult Classes: you must be at least 18 years old as of the class date.
• This class includes one glass of Prosecco. Additional alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. 
• Our Kitchen Shop Experience™ will be open for browsing prior to class, during any breaks, and after class.
