Nut-Free Snack

ARTSi Studio maintains a NUT-FREE environment. Please send your child to camp with an appropriate snack and closable drink container.

Cancellation Policy

Because we offer a program with limited class sizes and sessions, and we organize materials and supplies in advance, your summer camp registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you need to switch to another session, will will try our best to accommodate your needs. This is subject to space and availability.

Photo Release

PHOTOS WILL BE TAKEN during this public ARTSi Studio event and may be used in print or online. Your child's name will not be published. If you would like to decline this photo release, please send your request to sharon@artsi-studio.com at least 48 hours prior to this event. If you decline, we will make sure not to include your child in any published photos.

Waiver

I am fully aware of the risks inherent and herby give my consent for the above named registrants to participate in this activity offered by ARTSi Studio LLC and Long Valley Arts. I hereby release ARTSi Studio LLC and Long Valley Arts and any of their elected officials, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability from injuries, claims, demands, costs, loss of services, expenses or damages sustained by me, us, or our minor children due to his or her participation in said event.
