Supper Clubs at At The Kitchen in Cheadle Hulme
If you've never been to a supper club before, they are a cross between an intimate dinner party and a pop up restaurant. There is no demonstration at this event - you'll sit at long, beautifully set, candlelit tables to eat a 5 course meal along with your friends and follow guests. I'll be there to cook and serve you and will join you at the table to chat over drinks and dessert at the end of the evening.
I'll be cooking up a storm with Angela Boggiano - award winning cookbook author, ex Food Editor of Delicious magazine and food stylist to Nigella Lawson, Georgio Locatelli amongst others. She and I are creating a seasonal menu celebrating the best of the food we produce in the North West. Angela's Italian heritage and my California touches will pop up through the menu too.
Food
The set menu is a surprise until the night itself to allow us to make the most of what is best on the days we shop. Please advise us of any special dietary requirements when you book so we can make plans for any delicious alternatives we need to make. With notice, we can cater for most allergies and for vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian guests.
Drinks
We're working with some of our favourite small local drinks producers to create a special welcome cocktail and a craft beer and red wine tasting, but you are encouraged to BYO to keep your glass topped up for the rest of the night. We will email you the week of the event with wine pairing recommendations to help you choose what to bring.
Cost
Price for a 5 course meal, welcome cocktail and a craft beer or red wine tasting is £45pp. These events are limited to 20 people.
Getting to At The Kitchen in Cheadle Hulme
There is plenty of free parking over the road at Waitrose and the space is a couple of minutes walk from Cheadle Hulme train station – only 20 minutes from Manchester.
This event will start promptly at the advertised time. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before to settle in and get a drink.
