How to make fresh Ricotta Gnocchis from Scratch

Step up your culinary skills with this hands-on pasta-making class! You will learn about the basic ingredients needed to make delicious ricotta gnocchi's, its history and practice, practice, practice. The most fun is making the dough and shape your pillowy fluffy gnocchis. All the gnocchi's you make you will take home ready to cook or freeze.
This is a beginner class. 

ABOUT THE CLASS:

What To Expect: Great Prepping & cooking isn’t just about recipes—it’s about techniques and passion. In our classes you’ll work on your own or together with your guest (s) in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.​Portion: Size for one person.(many times for 2).

Level: Beginner class.
Time: Classes are 1 to 1 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted . You may work with other students at one table.
What to bring: If possible, please bring a to-go container (bags are provided).
Class size: 10-24 students.If less than 10 students registered, class may be postponed 48 hrs before scheduled time.
Other: You will be standing, sitting and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
Hungry: No outside food or coffee.
