Shake, stir, and sip your way through cocktail history in this hands-on mixology class! Join longtime culinary instructor and mixologist, Chef Bruce Campbell for an evening of crafting and tasting as we explore the world's top ten most iconic cocktails. Whether you're a seasoned home bartender or a curious beginner, this class will elevate your mixology skills and deepen your appreciation for these timeless drinks.

You'll learn the art of balancing flavors, the importance of quality ingredients, and the techniques that set a great cocktail apart. From the spicy kick of a Bloody Mary to the sophisticated simplicity of a Martini, each drink tells a story. We'll guide you through the classics:

Bloody Mary: The ultimate brunch companion
Daiquiri: Hemingway's favorite Cuban classic
Irish Coffee: A comforting blend of whiskey and java
Manhattan: New York's sophisticated sipper
Margarita: A summer standard; salty and citrus flavors unite
Martini: Bond's signature, shaken or stirred
Negroni: Italy's boldly bitter aperitivo
Old Fashioned: The original cocktail and the gold standard
Piña Colada: Straight from Puerto Rico, coconut and pineapple take center stage

We provide a full refund if you need to cancel more than three weeks prior to the start of a scheduled class. You will receive an Account Credit if you need to cancel at any time within three weeks but prior to the class start time. Please note that any refund issued for classes purchased using a Gift Certificate or Account Credit will result in reinstatement of the original Gift Card or Account Credit and will bear the same expiration date. Account Credits issued for cancelations within three weeks of a class will expire one year from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund.
Adult only (21+): Only adults over the age of 21. Alcohol will be served in this class as part of the menu. If you do not wish to drink, please let us know in the "comments" section of sign-up.
If (a) you’d like to sit with another registered guest, or (b) have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know in the Comments section of your registration after reading our full description of policies and information about classes. If you've registered with other people on the same order, you will automatically be seated together.
