Join renowned Chef Danny Capadouca for an introduction to the world of Chocolate, where you'll learn the simple basics: where it comes from, its composition, how to work with it, and how to bake with it. You'll make and take home your very own chocolate tarts to share. 


Chef Danny Capadouca is the Pastry Arts Instructor at Okanagan College's Culinary Program, and has studied and practiced chocolate in France, Vancouver, and in the Okanagan.
