Chef's Inspiration Tasting Dinner

Enjoy a culinary adventure during this 2-hour Tasting Dinner at The Learning Kitchen at Chocolates and Tomatoes Farm. Chef Mark will share his culinary inspirations with you through a 5-course small plates menu, some of it cooked as a demonstration for you to enjoy while you eat.

You will share a Chef's Table with 11 others -- with just the 12 of you, Chef Mark, and his helpers in The Learning Kitchen. 

• You will enjoy your meal sitting at the chef's table. 
• Some dishes or components will be partly prepared in advance and some on the spot. 
• Chef Mark will describe his creations as he serves you. 
• Chef Mark draws inspiration from a variety of cultures and cuisines. He will include sweet and savory courses. You can expect all food groups.
• Let us know about any food allergies and cultural diet restrictions in advance. We will do our best to accommodate it.
• We will offer water and other palate-cleansing, non-alcoholic drinks with dinner. 

Chef Mark has 30+ years cooking experience, 10+ years farming experience, and 5+ years experience teaching culinary arts. He is the lead farmer, chef, teacher, and chocolate artist at Chocolates and Tomatoes Farm. He is an instructor of culinary arts at Frederick Community College teaching classes such as Advanced Bread Baking, Advanced Artistry, Garde Mange, and Culinary Medicine. He created The Learning Kitchen with his wife Teresa to share his culinary knowledge and inspirations so that others may enjoy food more fully.
