Working with a classic chocolate chip cookie recipe, make calculated adjustments to the formula in a scientific approach and discover how to make your perfect cookie (and learn about food science along the way).

This workshop is for adults 18 +. Class length estimate is 4 hours. Younger bakers may attend with permission from CSCA only when accompanied by a parent or guardian
