Are you feeling under pressure?  Let's make sure it’s dinner and not YOU!  Seriously, it’s July and it’s hot outside!  Who needs to turn on an oven and heat up your kitchen when you can prepare a delicious meal in one pot – an instant pot! Learning electric pressure-cooking fundamentals (and yes, that includes the Instant Pot!) can totally change your life. Join Chef Tarra Freberg and experience how and why this life-changing small appliance deserves serious consideration as well as why it should be rescued from the small appliance graveyard in your basement.  (You know who you are!) We love teaching you about trending culinary equipment and the Instant Pot has easily become one of our favorites…’cause we’re busy foodies and it allows us to get food prepped done in a fraction of the time. And, you can too!  Chef Tarra will break down the various parts and functions of an electric pressure cooker and will demonstrate each of the recipes you’ll learn in class, from start to finish.  Yes, there will be tastings and detailed recipes for all the dishes you learn in class for you to take home with you.  We wouldn’t have it any other way.  Bring your questions and expect to take lots of notes in this interesting class!

• For all class registrations made after March 20, your class registration is non-cancellable and non-refundable.  Should you be unable to attend, we suggest that you consider sending someone in your place.  If possible, please let us know of any substitutions so that we can update our records.  For all class registrations made prior to March 20, 2023, your registration is non-cancellable and non-refundable if your request to cancel is made within 72 hours of the start time for that class.

• Your registration tells us that you have read through the class description including the age requirements for that particular class.
• For Adult Classes: you must be at least 18 years old as of the class date.
• Unless otherwise noted in the class description, all Adult classes include one glass of beer or wine. Additional alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. 
• Our Kitchen Shop Experience™ will be open for browsing prior to class, during any breaks, and after class.
