Thank you for choosing Art Dept. Studios! We hope you enjoy your class. All clay projects require kiln firing and you’ll be notified when projects will be available for pick up, typically 10-14 days after the class/event. Payment is required in full up front to hold your space. There are no refunds or pro-rating for missed classes. If you are unable to attend a class you may make up the class in the next session (pending availability). If the next session is not running due to low enrollment or if the next session is full and you would still like to schedule a makeup class there will be a 40.00 fee to cover the cost of an instructor. If we have to cancel due to low enrollment, we’ll notify you as soon as possible (usually within 48 hours of the event) and can provide a full refund. In the case of having to cancel the class due to inclement weather, we will reschedule the class and notify you as soon as we’ve made the decision to cancel. If you have to cancel your registration, we can reschedule you into another session (pending availability). If you cancel more than 14 days prior to the start of the scheduled session, we'll issue a 50% refund in the form of studio credit. NO refunds or credits will be given if you cancel less than 14 days to the start of the enrolled session. 6% sales tax will be added to all classes, camps, and events.
