Our maximum is 20 children total.
EVENT INFORMATION:
- Birthdays for AGES 5 AND UP are DROP-OFF. Guests may return after the first hour of the party for food/cake if preferred. Children younger than 5 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- A non-refundable $100 Deposit is due upon booking to reserve your party. We will confirm your booking via email within 2 business days.
- Your invitation graphic is included in your confirmation email. You may upload to paperlesspost.com to create a free e-invite. Please collect contact info from guests for drop-off events when they RSVP.
- You may choose your canvas painting from our Birthday Painting Gallery. Paint color choices are available at no additional charge (boy/girl options). You may request a Custom Painting for your event for a fee of $50 (Effective 1/23/20).
Your final payment and headcount are due 72 hours before your event. You will receive an email with a link to payment form one week prior.
You may arrive 15 minutes before your party to set up. Guests are invited to arrive 5 minutes prior to party start time. You have 10 minutes after your event to pack up.
- Parking for all guests is available in the shared lot behind our building.
- If you are ordering pizza, we recommend New York Pizza in Chester- They deliver to our location. Pizza should arrive 50 minutes into your party timeslot. We serve it after the first hour of your event.
- We provide all table coverings and art materials and supplies. You bring everything food related including paper goods and tableware.
- If you are satisfied with your ARTSi Party experience, gratuities are greatly appreciated! You may tip your party staff directly.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your $100 Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable. Selecting a new event timeslot adds a $75 change fee to your balance. You may request a different timeslot based on availability on our calendar.
