March 1, Tuesday: Knife Skills - vegetable soup
March 8, Tuesday: Sauces - a variety of recipes
March 16, Wednesday: Soups and Braises- a variety of recipes
March 22, Tuesday: Sauteeing and Frying- meats & vegetables
March 29, Tuesday: Baking: Common baking techniques
Instructor Bio: Shannon has been teaching cooking classes in the Saratoga area for many years, most recently with Healthy Living Market. Her training at the Culinary Institute of America and her elementary education background is evident in every class she teaches. She enjoys working with students of all ages and developmental abilities. Shannon is passionate about sharing her love of cooking healthy foods, from scratch, with her community. Shannon lives in Wilton with her husband and three daughters.
