Southern Ink & Clay Summer Camps

Southern Ink and Clay Summer Camp is back and we are so excited to spend time with your kids this summer!

Campers need to be age 7 -13 to participate.  CAMPS ARE 10 am-1 pm. 

 MONDAY- THURSDAY EACH WEEK LISTED.  Bring a snack and water bottle.

Summer Camp Themes

Week 1: May 30-June 2 The SWEET Life

Life is sweet! And to celebrate, our campers will summon their inner sweet tooth to create indulgent works of art inspired by ice cream, donuts, cupcakes and more! Projects include pottery, canvas art and glass works.

Week 2: June 6-9 Monsters and Mermaids

Explore all things mystical in this camp full of magic and whimsy.  Projects include pottery, canvas art, rock painting and slime.

 Week 3: June 13-16- Critter Camp

 This week is devoted to all our furry friends with animal-inspired art! Projects include pottery, canvas art and sublimation printing.

Week 4: June 20-23-Under the Sea 

A summer theme favorite at our shop!  We will explore all types of turtles, sea creatures and sharks! Projects include pottery, canvas art and glass works and more. 

Week 4: June 27-30 Great American Road trip

Don't miss the bus this week! Campers will get creative with red, white and blue themed projects as well as road trip trivia. Projects include pottery, canvas art and glass works and more. 

Week 5: July 4-7 NO CAMP 

Week 6: July 11-14  Hot Desert Days

Let's face it - July is hot! Campers will explore plants and nature that survive in this crazy heat. Campers will  paint a wooden cactus cutout, learn watercolor techniques painting mini cactus, snakes and choose a themed pottery piece.

Week 7: July 18-21  Groovy Summer

This camp session is filled with all things tie dye. Shirts, bags, pottery technique and canvas art.

Week 8: July 25-28  Be the Light

Staying positive, showing kindness and being a good friend is what this week is about. Campers will work on friendship bracelets, word art canvases, sunshine themed pottery and glass projects
