Terms/Waiver: This is a skate & play at your own risk facility. Please read the full details listed below as they will be enforced: #1. PAYMENTS: for this event are NON-REFUNDABLE. #2. INCLEMENT WEATHER: In the event of inclement weather this event may be postponed (by you or HRSC staff) or rescheduled. Payment will automatically transfer to the next similar event. #3. EMERGENCIES, ACTS OF GOD, PANDEMICS, ETC: In the event that we are unable to open due to a disaster, emergency, pandemic, or by ordinance by the health department or any government agency: your visit may be postponed (by you or HRSC staff) & rescheduled. Payments will be transferred to the next available event but are NON-REFUNDABLE. #4. PAYMENT IS FINAL: A refund will NOT be issued for non-attendance. #5. RESERVATION TIME: DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY. *If you arrive early you will be asked to wait in your car or the parking lot until the event begins. If you arrive late we cannot extend the event time. -Due to the nature of this business, special theatrical lighting & haze effects are used during this event. -This may include intense lighting and strobe effects both on the skating floor and in the arcade. -Those with a sensitivity to light or with epilepsy should use caution and are entering at their own risk. *Skate and play at your risk, Not responsible for accidents.
