Nellie Dog Table Reservation Form (4 or less people per table)

Thank you for booking a reservation with Nellie Dog Pottery and Paints.  Reservation Duration:  All reservations are for a 2 hour time period.  Reservation Deposit:  There is $15 deposit per table reservation due at the time of booking. Each table will comfortably seats 4 people. The $15 deposit will be deducted from the total amount spent.
