PD/PA day Camp -2024/2025

Full payment is required upon registration and is non-refundable. If you are unable to make the workshop, you can give your spot to a friend. At our discretion and with more than 48 hours notice we may allow you to reschedule one time. Please wear art friendly clothing as art can get messy! This is a drop-off activity. Emergency contact information for parents must be given. Art Haven and its agents shall not be held responsible and are hereby released from any liability for any sickness, accident or injury to children left in the care of Art Haven. By agreeing to these terms & conditions you consent to the use of your child’s photo/likeness for the purpose of publicity/advertising of future events at Art Haven, unless you specify in writing to Art Haven prior to the event.

If the minimum camp attendance is not met, the camp will be canceled by the studio. In the event of a studio cancellation, a full refund is issued to the payment method used to register for the camp. Requests to reschedule camp sessions must be received at least 5 days before the beginning of the session. All reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate rescheduling requests. If a session cannot be rescheduled, the tuition may be refunded in the form of a studio credit. Rescheduling requests received less than 5 days before the first camp session and no-shows will not receive a refund in any form. There are no make-up days for missed camp sessions. Campers should leave all electronic devices at home. The studio is not responsible for electronic devices brought to camp. Each day is a new adventure at our studio. We cannot guarantee which projects will be completed on specific days. Instead, we encourage our campers and their families to be open to new experiences and to look for fun in the unexpected. Campers are encouraged to take all art projects home with them by the end of their camp session. Art projects left at the studio for more than 15 days become the property of the studio. During before and after care, campers will have access to basic art supplies and will be given the option to watch a movie, play board games, or read.
