Sauce Making Class

Join us at The Curious Kitchen for a hands-on class dedicated to Sauces. This class will go over the fundamentals of preparing a variety of professional style sauces to pair with savory dishes. You’ll learn to make several classic French sauces as well as some modern sauces that are lighter and quickly prepared. You will learn how easy (and fun) it is to make sauces that will dress up any dish. This class is ideal for all levels of home cooks who wants to elevate their skills to a more professional level.

We will be making béchamel, hollandaise, beurre blanc, classic reduction-pan sauce, marinara and more. Light nibbles to sample our sauces... and you will leave with some sauces to take home.
