Class Description:
Grab your bestie or your partner-in-crime and join us in the kitchen for a fun Friday night cooking class. Award-winning BBQ competitor and expert beverage dude with 30 years in the 'biz', Chef Bruce Campbell will show you tonight that there is a lot to learn about barbecue and its relationship with beer and liquor and you'll get your hands in on a bit of the action as well. We'll start our BBQ 'n' Booze journey with Beer & Bacon Queso Fundido and a Corona Limeade. Then you'll learn some killer dishes that perfectly pair BBQ with 'hooch.' First up, Chef Bruce will highlight bourbon's role in making BBQ even better with Bourbon & Brown Sugar Planked Salmon. Layering the grilled flavors with Caribbean dark rum, you'll add 'Carib'BQ” Shrimp' to your cooking repertoire. And then there's the sweet and smoked taste profile that is highlighted in Smoked Amaretto Sweet Potatoes. Not to be outdone, dessert steps up to bat in the BBQ 'n' Booze playbook with a Grilled Pound Cake recipe that features a Pineapple Salsa with Tequila Whipped Cream. There will be another lesson in craft cocktail-making with an Apple & Cinnamon Bourbon Infusion, so listen and enjoy the tastings!

NOTES:

• We provide a full refund if you need to cancel more than three weeks prior to the start of a scheduled class. You will receive an Account Credit if you need to cancel at any time within three weeks but prior to the class start time. Please note that any refund issued for classes purchased using a Gift Certificate or Account Credit will result in reinstatement of the original Gift Card or Account Credit and will bear the same expiration date. Account Credits issued for cancelations within three weeks of a class will expire one year from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund. 
• Adult only (21+) - Only adults over the age of 21. 
• If (a) you’d like to sit with another registered guest, or (b) have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know in the Comments section of your registration after reading our full description of policies and information about classes. Please note that you will automatically be sat with the other people on your order.
• Your registration tells us that you have read through the class description including the age requirements for that particular class.
• Unless otherwise noted in the class description, all adult classes include one glass of beer or wine. Additional alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. 
• Our Kitchen Shop Experience™ will be open for browsing prior to class, during any breaks, and after class.
