Four delicious types of cookies!
- Each station will make one of four types of cookies, after all is baked and decorated, we'll divide the cookies evenly among all participants!
Peppermint Chocolate Sandwich Cookie
- A festive treat featuring two rich chocolate cookies sandwiched around a refreshing peppermint cream filling.
Red Velvet Crinkle Cookie
- These soft, cake-like cookies have a distinct red velvet flavor, characterized by a hint of cocoa and tangy cream cheese undertones.
Chocolate Dipped Pecan Shortbread
- Buttery and crumbly pecan shortbread cookies are dipped in smooth, melted chocolate, adding a touch of indulgence to the classic nutty, rich shortbread base.
Marshmallow Stuffed Molasses Cookie
- These spiced molasses cookies have a chewy, caramel-like texture with warming notes of ginger and cinnamon with a marshmallow center.

With over 30 years in the hospitality industry, Christine has navigated every role, from the intricacies of managing boutique hotels to the hands-on joy of running her own establishments. Her journey began with the historic Idlewyld Inn in London, ON, and expanded to the enchanting Fairy Bay Guest House in Muskoka.
