Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds if you cancel your booking or don't show up for an event. If your request for changing to another date is made with less than 48 hours notice before start of the event you are booked for – no transfer or refund will be available. However, with if you give us enough notice, we can move you to another day (pending availability). Requests for moving to another day can only be made once. All requests must be made by email: info@artebar.es.

DECLINED PAYMENTS: Due to the new EU security regulations, some payments are being declined by certain banks. If you receive a declined payment - authorization required message when reserving, please contact us through Whatsapp at 626 619 228 and we will get your payment processed asap.
