Cook the Book: The Complete Plant Based Cookbook by America's Test Kitchen

Join us as we celebrate one of our favorite cookbooks by cooking and eating our way through many of its fabulous recipes. Learn tricks and tips for bringing these recipes to life and enjoy a sampling of the best the book has to offer. The Complete Plant Based Cookbook showcases a variety of vegetables, grains, beans, legumes, plan-based dairy, and plant-based meat products, tested and compiled by our friends at ATK!

This workshop is for adults 18 +. Class length estimate is 4 hours. Younger bakers may attend with permission from CSCA only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
