The Complete Plant Based Cookbook showcases a variety of vegetables, grains, beans, legumes, plan-based dairy, and plant-based meat products, tested and compiled by our friends at ATK!

This workshop is for adults 18 +. Class length estimate is 4 hours. Younger bakers may attend with permission from CSCA only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
