Group Rate Event Booking

Please note we require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit for all Group Events. This deposit is credited towards your group balance the day of the event.

The day of the event Skateworld of Kettering may ask for a State/Federal I.D. or Credit/Debit Card to hold until the conclusion of your event to secure payment.

To ensure we are charging the proper amount to all of your guests, Skateworld of Kettering may require a guest list for check-in. An Event Specialist will contact you after you have booked your event for more details.

Please note food or drink is not allowed to be brought into the building during your event nor are decorations of any kind.

If your Group would like to reserve a table please note there is a $25 per table fee. If you would like to reserve a table please scroll back up and check the corresponding box. Please note table fees are non-refundable. In the event you do not need all of the table space reserved the table fee maybe substituted for other items (i.e. Cafe, Fun Shop, Arcade) in the facility.

Please note you may change your Group Event Package up to 72 hours before your event. The day of your event you are able to move up in Package Value, but not lower your Package Value.

All skating Guests attending your Event will be charged the same amount (i.e. no price reduction if they have their own skates). Spectating Adults do not pay an admission price.

I understand that group rates are not a birthday party or have any relation to our Birthday Party Packages.

A SWOK Group Event Specialist will be in contact with you to finalize your event. Please note all Group Events are subject to approval from our Group Events Specialist.
