Spring is here and with it a hint of warmer weather to come. To start the season off KITCHEN is hosting Mediterranean cooking classes in April to get you in the summer mood! Reputed as one of the healthiest diets in the world, Mediterranean food is varied and always delicious. We have taken a few of our favorite dishes from the counties we’ve visited and given them a KITCHEN twist to share with you.
