Each day we will explore a different Spanish-speaking country, including Bolivia, Spain, Dominican Republic and Panama. Kids get to learn about a Spanish-style art form from that country, and make their own version through craft. We serve a cultural snack each day, with something that will challenge their tastebuds. We'll cover vocabulary for planes, trains, luggage, passports and more, so that your child will be ready for your next trip!
These summer favorite half-day camps run Monday through Thursday, ensuring your Friday is free for long summer weekends. We pack in a bunch of Spanish fun. Kids tell me their favorite parts are the games every day, and the piñata on the last day. Parents tell me they love that their kids can keep learning Spanish in fun ways over the summer.
This camp is held in the Little Blessings Preschool at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church... a perfect setting for this. There are kid-size bathrooms in the room, a fenced in playground for daily our outdoor play time, and a kitchen area for our snack time. Plenty of room to play rain or shine.
Your child will hear Spanish, speak Spanish and play in Spanish.
