Vendor Application Small Business Saturday

Participate in the inaugural Idea Foundry Maker Market at Easton Town Center Nov, 24th 2018!  The Idea Foundry and Easton Town Center are thrilled to celebrate Small Business Saturday and provide vending opportunities for those with handmade goods to offer!

Take advantage of the large shopping crowds and share your wares with a whole new audience. This one-day event will focus on local entrepreneurs, small businesses and artists of all kinds!

Space is limited, so act fast! Claim an entire 10x10 tent or reserve a half tent to be shared with another vendor. The Idea Foundry will be running demos and make & take stations alongside our vendors. Market curation will occur after all applications have been approved.

Tents and tables will be provided. Chairs and booth set up are solely the responsibility of each vendor. Vendors are also solely responsible for processing money, calculating tax and covering their booth at all times. Each set up must fit within the applied for space (10X10 full tent or a half tent split with another vendor). Vendors are expected to man their booth for the entirety of the event.

Full Tent: $100

Half/shared Tent: $50

Booths that do not feature handcrafted or local goods will not be admitted. While we do appreciate businesses of all types, on this day we are supporting the shop small movement. All content must be suitable for a family-friendly audience.  

Our Maker Market will be open 11am-4pm November 24th. Set up begins at 9am on November 24th. 

Spaces are limited to 15 booths.

Booth fee is nonrefundable unless your application to vend is denied. The Idea Foundry is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
