Class Description:
Tonight you'll learn how to make that Kansas City Italian classic: Chicken Spiedini with Amogia Sauce and fresh pasta! It's a dish that we have made more times than we can count, and longtime instructor and Chef Vicky Lara will teach you how to re-create it at home. We'll start off our Italian cooking class with a glass of beer or wine as we show you how to create Chicken Spiedini, the traditional Sicilian Amogio Sauce that complements it, along with homemade fresh pasta. Then it's your turn to tie on an apron and dive in to make Chicken Spiedini, an authentic Caesar Salad, and flavorful side dishes like Roasted Asparagus. At the end of our class, we'll celebrate with one of our favorite Italian desserts here at The Culinary Center – Chocolate Olive Oil Cake. Recipes and your own hand-made pasta will go home with you, as well as some new-found Italian cooking skills.

• We provide a full refund if you need to cancel more than three weeks prior to the start of a scheduled class. You will receive an Account Credit if you need to cancel at any time within three weeks but prior to the class start time. Please note that any refund issued for classes purchased using a Gift Certificate or Account Credit will result in reinstatement of the original Gift Card or Account Credit and will bear the same expiration date. Account Credits issued for cancelations within three weeks of a class will expire one year from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund.
