Purple Passion Iris

Class tuition and supplies: $100
This is an original design I created from a photo I took in my yard. The watercolor painting is done on rice paper, reserving color and value with hot wax as we progress through the painting. The painting is approximately 9 x 12, frames up to 11 x 14.

Purple Passion Iris was juried into an international show and was awarded Honorable Mention! It also won first place at the Franklin County Art Alliance show.

I will provide all supplies and paint. You will be so thrilled with your finished result.
This is a jam-packed day so bring a sandwich and snacks, we won't be taking a true lunch break. I promise it is worth all the work.
