Fused Glass Basics Class

Glass Fusing is the process of 1) taking pieces of glass in a variety of shapes and sizes and stacking them together into two or more layers of glass to create a design and then 2) placing the finished glass piece into a kiln where the whole project melts (i.e. fuses) together into a single layer. Learn how to create beautiful art made entirely of glass! Fused glass projects include jewelry pendants, earrings and bracelets, magnets, tiles, sun-catchers, wine bottle stoppers, nightlights, plates, bowls, votive holders, vases & more. It is so simple, anyone can do it. No prior experience is needed – we’ll show you how to do everything! You can make great gifts or wonderful art pieces for your home. Recommended for ages 9 and up. When signing up for the class you will pay for the Class fee of $10 plus tax. You will pay what you choose to make the day of the class.
