Class Description:
Here is a unique idea for a Holiday get-together! Join us for an interactive night of cooking fun – Little Italy-Style! Chef Bruce Campbell will teach you some of his favorite Italian recipes in a fun and relaxed way. Chef Bruce will start off with a holiday-inspired craft cocktail because this is the season you know! then it's on to the first course and our cooking lesson as he teaches you the simple steps to making fresh homemade egg pasta. Next, the cooking fun begins as you throw an apron on and learn the “well” technique and work alongside Chef Bruce to make homemade Fettuccine and a cheese-filled Tortellini plus two sensational classic Italian sauces, including a sinful Carbonara (made the right way of course!) and a Classic Marinara Sauce to enjoy with your fresh pasta. We’ll finish with a sweet Italian dessert. Mangia!

- Your class registration is non-cancellable and non-refundable. Should you be unable to attend, we suggest that you consider sending someone in your place. If possible, please let us know of any substitutions so that we can update our records.
- This Is An Adult Class: You must be at least 18 years old as of the class date.
