One pot soups and stews + dinner to take home

I'm delighted to be guest teaching in the stunning new cookery school, At The Kitchen in Cheadle Hulme. In these new classes, you'll not only learn new recipes and techniques to transform your cooking, you'll enjoy lunch and a glass of wine and will also take home a ready made dinner for later so you can have the night off. 

In this class, you'll learn the secrets to making one pot, hands-off cooking taste delicious without spending hours in the kitchen. You'll take away tips for batch cooking so that you can fill your freezer with effortless meals and also learn how perfect this style of cooking is for stress-free entertaining. 

Gemma will make everything in front of you from scratch and you'll take home a jam-packed handout so that you can confidently recreate everything at home.

• Braised Middle Eastern chicken with dukkah and slaw.
• Spanish fish stew with aioli.
• Tuscan bean stew with rocket pesto.

About At The Kitchen

At The Kitchen is a multi-function kitchen space created by cook, writer and food stylist Angela Boggiano and food photographer Craig Robertson. Angela will be cooking with Gemma on the day and will be on hand to share stories of her years of experience cooking with some of the biggest names in food, as well as her tips on how to make even the simplest supper look stunning enough to appear in a magazine.

Getting to At The Kitchen in Cheadle Hulme

There is plenty of free parking over the road at Waitrose and the cooking school is a couple of minutes walk from Cheadle Hulme train station – only 20 minutes from Manchester.

These classes will start promptly at the advertised time. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before to settle in and get a drink.
