Join longtime CCKC instructor and Executive Chef Gary Hild as he teaches you about this amazing cuisine. We’ll start with a Sweet Potato Salad with cumin and ginger, then move onto the stars of the show: an incredibly flavorful Moroccan-Style Lamb Stew with dried apricots, and a rich and fragrant Chicken Tagine with lemon and olives. You’ll pick up some cool tips for making chicken stock, sauces, and naan, and learn loads of culinary techniques as this consummate professional teaches you to prepare tonight's exotic delights. You’ll enjoy dinner along with a soothing Moroccan Green Tea laced with spearmint to celebrate our success.
