* Couple's Wheel Throwing

Yup, just like in Ghost! Well, not exactly.... ....it is not as easy (or as sexy) as the movie, imagine that! But it is a lot of fun and definitely quality time spent with your significant other. So grab them and put on some "art" clothes (yes, shirts are required) and join other couples for an introductory class on the wheel. 
$100 per couple, registration is required and limited. Class will run for 1.5-2 hours and each participant will be throwing a bowl individually and then each couple will throw a bowl "together". Once your pieces are bisque fired they will be ready for you to come into the Fire Escape location (927 OREGON ST) for you to paint. A whole second date!!

***As of February 1st Couples wheel price will increase to $125 as we switch over to use of mid-fire clay***

Options for glazing will then be as follows:

• You choose color and staff will dip glaze the pieces for you 
• If you have experience dipping you may dip your own pieces (dipping workshop/demos available to learn) 
• Have pieces transferred to Fire Escape (927 OREGON ST) to use specialty glazes to paint pieces. An additional $5 per piece is required for this option for transport and use of specialty glazes and you will have to register for a stoneware class by calling Fire Escape (920-420-0700)
