A time for calm, grounding and still reflection in the company of connected and like-minded people. A sound bath is the opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective on what's going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.
As part of our event we will also have: sound healing meditation snacks tea Essential oils All in a calming and special space. Come and join us for this event. Release what you need to and relax as we create a grounded space.
All you need to bring is a yoga mat and or any pillows and blankets
